Buying a house is not as simple as handing over a credit card and taking home your purchase. Real estate transactions (buying and selling) are complicated legal transactions subject to state and local regulations. You could do all the complex paperwork yourself, but it will be extremely time-consuming, and if not done properly, it could cost you the sale/purchase. I will make sure the process of legally transferring the property occurs between the seller and home buyer: I will adhere to all state (and sometimes local) laws, prepare and review documents, oversee the transfer of funds, and make myself available to answer questions.
